Owner is a nut job....likes to change rules & regulations 1/2 way through lease...things that are not legal, borderline legal, or unethical. Has gone through three managers this year--the first one was a peeping tom. When reported to owner, along with copy of police report, he did nothing for 4 months!!

Owner wants YOU to pay if your neighbors plumbing problems damage YOUR unit!!! And want you to pay if plumbing problems!!! AGH!

I'm leaving in 3 weeks, I can't farging wait!
