My apt was broken into twice before i even had a chance to move in. I finally had to put locks on all the windows because management would only ask if i called the police. Parking was horrible because the "security" gates would always be broken and everyone in the city could come in there. I would have to park on the other side of the complex and walk half a mile to get to my apt. Its normal to be noisy at an apt complex but this one is rediculous. Teenagers hanging out in font of my apt til 3 in the morning and playing there music loud like there at the club. A few times I would come home late from work, around 11pm, and there would be a few guys hanging out in front of my door playin craps. I wouldn't mind so much if my front door wasn't right next to my bedroom window. But the loud music and the gambling outside my door was nothing compared to the skunks that roam freely around the complex at night. I can't even count how many times I had to wait in my car for the skunks hanging around my apartment to take off. Once i had to leave and stay at a friends house because they were having what seemed to be some skunk family reuionion in front of the building i live in. When i told the management office about the skunks the sent security around the complex with butterfly nets (That was real smart). I eventually had to go to the store myself and buy some skunk and critter repelent. Well i guess it also repels cats, so my neighbors thought there cat ran away. Sorry. Overall, I won't miss my apartments when i move out next week.
