Review for Sterling Cove Apartments

this place i am currently living in and they have roaches, dirty stinky halls, loud uncontrollable nieghbors, bad management, uncontrolled access , never any parks, my license plates were stolen off my car while parked in my parking stall, always swimming with police, management are crimnals who will try to keep your security deposit. building is in volation of civil code 1942 remember that because you will need it if you don't take the advise on this apartment.
