Been here for three years and am ready to leave. Apartments are way over priced for what you get. Nothing in the apt. is new or upgraded. Carpet is disgusting, this is why they do the walk-through within the first 24 hours because after that everything comes up, especially the cat urine. Apt. was filthy when we moved in. Parking is a joke. They tell new people that they are considering assigned parking, they've been talking about it for three years. If you get home after 6 pm you are parking across the street at Vons. Good thing you pay for this gated complex! Look elsewhere. Not worth the money. Office girls are nice. They are helpful. They recently upgraded (watch-out) the water system to a central boiler system, whatever that is and each apt. now pays between $75-$80 a month for water, trash, and sewage. They don't tell you that either. Please people, I've been here for three years, I know. Don't move here.
