Apartment Review for Meadowood Apartment Homes

I have lived here for four years. After reading the other individuals review, I was compelled to write my own. To begin with, the Management is wonderful; I have dealt with Kara and Kay for years, and they have been hospitable and accommidating. Every time I go into the office for anything, I am warmly greeted and served quickly and efficiently. As for maintenance, I LOVE these guys! Gonzo and the rest of them are friendly, professional, clean and competent. If they come across something they cannot fix (my A/C needed to be replaced) they have someone there the next day, and it is done. No job is too small for them, either- they've changed lightbulbs I couldn't reach. They ALWAYS knock and request permission to enter, even if I tell them they don't have to knock when they're going in & out while fixing something, they still do; they are respectful. EVERY year, they do a thorough inspection to make sure my apt/ condo is in good repair and everything works. This place is SAFE. They have a security guard roaming all night, he has even walked me to my door, not that anyone has EVER bothered me here. The security asks the OCCASIONAL noisy neighbor to be quiet, which I appreciate. My car, which I love has never been tampered with. This place is CLEAN, once some misguided youth "tagged" the ground near the trash cans on the North side of the building, it was clean by the NEXT morning. it is kept well manicured, in excellent repair and did I mention it was clean?!? Let's talk about money. My rent is LESS than it was when I moved in. They lowered it three years ago when the economy went south, and they haven't raised it since. I have the largest of the units, it is an adorable place that I thank God for every night when I thank Him for everything else.
