Review for Camden Apartments

I've leased a year, and need to get the hell out. Came across these reviews in looking for a new place. All of what is previously mentioned is true. This place is horrible for anyone who is actually paying to stay here. Spoiled OC college kids are anoying as hell. Even more so at night, with their parties that seldom get taken care of by security. I call security about once or twice a week to shut the same people up. Why haven't they been evicted??? Staff is rude and retarded. Maintanace is a joke. I had to have them up to my place three times to convince them my sink's waist line was leaking. They offered a lease renewal at a near $300 dollar a month increase!! As far as I can tell, all the toilet's tanks leak water. I hear the tank refilling every twenty minutes or so. Gates to garage is either broken or left open. Elevators are disgusting, slow and in violation of building code.
