Review for Casa Victoria Apartments

The new management has made some effort to make things better, BUT...still children unsupervised on the property making noise, still no professional security at night, complaints about dogs dirtying the premises (but management and staff are the guilty ones at night with their own dogs walking without leashes!). Tenents with noisy, unsupervised children riding scooters and bikes don't seem to be confronted by the management and not told to READ THEIR LEASES. Also several apartments are party houses...no action taken.
