I have nothing but praise for this smaller townhouse-type community - I'd continue to rent there if I could (job-relo). I'm a young professional and prefer the mellow/quiet/safe/well-kept properties and this community exceeded my expectations. Folxhollow was a pleasure to call home I'd do it again in a heartbeat! You won't find a better value in Costa Mesa than at this great place.
