Review for Mediterranean Village Apartments

Parking is a joke; assigned uncovered spots are gone by 4:30pm on week days and on weekends no one moves their cars. Your next alternative is the big lot on the back, but alas, the parking stalls there are so incredibly small that you are guaranteed to have dents all over your car the first day you leave your car there. Visitor parking is a non-existent, so if you have friends, dont live here. At best, they would have no place to park. Gated community claim is a joke too; that gate is nothing but a nuisance and anyone with an ounce of patience can sit outside and wait to get in and while Security Company thats meant to monitor the grounds&well, to be honest, I dont know what they do. Buildings are also old, not well taken care of , and have thin walls. So, you will hear your neighbors and they will hear you, and if your roof will develop a leak during winter rains, management will do nothing to fix it. Furthermore, if you have a maintenance request, be prepared to call it in a few times, and even then there is zero guarantee that management will do their job.

In conclusion, I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone.
