At first this apartment complex seemed like a really good deal for the price. But that changed after a year! If you plan on staying here for more than a year, do not consider Mesa Verde Villas. After a year they increased our rent $200! As well as the price going up, our neighbors car was stolen from the parking lot. They say they have security but I rarely see anyone walking around patrolling other than telling you to move your car. They also will not call you back if you leave a message in the
