I have lived in Mesa Verde for a year and a half. During this time my car has been vandalized 4 times and my laudry has been stolen out of the machines. The management is relentless in its denial of any crime. If you plan on studying or sleeping during the day forget it. The noise level rivals some airplane terminals. I have read other reviews and those who have written are correct when they say that the rent increase is phenomenal. Finally I am able to move out!
