I lived at Mesa Verde for 11 months. I had several occassionas to require maintenance, which was completed timely. It was not the best work, but it is their apartment. My only problem was the noise. You hear everything, neighbors, cars, etc... It was very noisy near the area I lived.
It is what I expected from apartment living.
