Hmmm, where to begin... I have had a serious rat problem twice (meaning it was never taken care of the first time.) Rats actually have made three wholes in my ceiling. And this occured two seperate times, both on Sat. nights? And since the Prop. Management is closed on Sundays, I had to wait till Monday to get someone to do something about it. TWICE! Phone calls are not returned, ever. If you want your BBQs to be stolen by the contracted landscapers, I highly recommend renting here. Air conditioning problems are a given, the firelaces turn off for no reason,drawers in the kitchen and bathroom are always breaking, the heaters have electrical problems... For the high price of these apts. you should not have to deal with all of these issues! Do NOT RENT HERE!
