Review Title:   In All Honesty, You Don't Want To Live Here, Reall
Reviewer:   Anonymous
Review Date:   3/5/2007

I've read the other reviews here and they are all pretty much right on. Except for the AWESOME one. That's complete bullshit, probably a plant. I've lived here since 2001, and I thought it was ok since it was my first apartment. I'm only here now because I want my next move to be into my own home. The place is over 35 years old and all the appliances look it. The oven's name and labels have worn away years ago, but mine works, for the most part. Don't get me wrong, if something is broken, I've always told the office and the maint guys are here the next day. Anything more than a very simple fix, mgnt will NOT help you. They'll tell you something about "getting to it". It's not their fault, that's why they're there. To save the owner of the complex as much $ as possible. I'm sure they'll try to hose me on the deposit when I move. The mgmt are nazis, you can't have lights or bikes or ANYTHING visible on your balconies, which is odd considering how shitty they let everything look while charging you top dollar. They've raised the rent here consistently while I've been here, almost every year. The jacuzzi is off limits 50% of the time. I don't know if that's because of an accident or what, I don't really care. I don't use it. Lastly and MOST importantly, if you have more than one vehicle per person, YOU WILL NOT FIND PARKING. PERIOD. It's not that you will occasionally have trouble... it's if you come home late you will be out of luck, and spaces. Literally ZERO spots, behind the gate OR on the street. I've parked at 7-11 on more than one occasion with the condition that I move the car before 6am to avoid a ticket. Plus, cars get broken into all the time, mine's old so no problem. My roomate's motorcycle was almost stolen but they couldn't get it out of the spot. LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE.
