I lived at South Pointe for 2 years. I just got my security deposit back. Out of $900, I received $300. I was expected to return the apartment exactly as I was given two years ago...that included full painting of the apartment (myself), carpet cleaning, cupboard painting, and blind repair. I did fully clean the apartment and was still charged $60. Don't forget to include labor and materials charges, well over $100. My advice.....GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!
