I've lived at South Pointe now for 2 years and it's obvious that some of the reviews on here are written by people who probably won't be happy anywhere they stay... when moving into an apartment people should realize that there are going to be certain things that come with apartment living and if you don't want to deal with that BUY A HOUSE!!! There will always be the occasional neighbor who has the surround sound cranked up a little too loud, and sometimes you may not find a spot right next to your apartment... But you're going to find that ANYWHERE... I have no complaints with my apartment... I have only put in 2 work orders the whole time I've lived here and they were for burnt out light bulbs... WOW!! What a hassle.. ha! I have worked in property management before and I just think it's ridiculous what some people complain about!! As far as the parking, I am a young person who has friends that come visit often and there has always been parking for them... I plan on staying here until I can buy a house, I challenge you to find any apartment where you don't have to deal with other people and other cars.... you people kill me...
