This apartment complex is ridiculous! They are great until you sign the lease, then it's all down hill from there. We rented a 3 br apt for 3 people, which means 3 cars...and only 2 spaces. There are only a limited number of spaces that are "for community use"...which means if anyone has more than two cars per apartment your screwed. There is ONE street to park on, and it's about a block long. The buildings are old and nasty when you move in. I have lived in A LOT of apartments, and this is by far the worst. We are EXTREMELY clean people and we had a problem with mice and termites on the second floor. It took them almost 2 weeks to get an exterminator out. Don't even think about drinking the water...or brushing your teeth with it. I would rather use the water in Mexico. On to the less than friendly office staff. They change management and office hours without notifying their tenants, which can be a problem when they do this the first day of the month...when rent is due. Also, there isn't a drop box for your rent.
Overall this apartment complex is terrible. I moved into a 2 br/2ba apartment that is twice the size of the 3 br I rented here, and my rent is almost 1/2 of what it was here. I'm in a better neighborhood and location. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.
