Do NOT... i repeat... Do NOT waste your hard earned $$$ on Arnel Properties especially South Pointe in Costa Mesa. Instead of Comcast cable company... South Pointe FORCES you to USE their own cable provider SKYLINK w/ch is HIGHWAY robbery. I cancelled on the 3rd month. My theory is that SKYLINK is not a cable company (of course bec cable companies have monopolies of certain areas)... Skylink is a company who feeds off a satellite dish and that's what provides us the channels. Every non-local channels were Eastern Time. Please runaway from this company/complex. this was the WORST place I've ever lived in.... WORST.
