NEVER EVER rent from Arnel.... they are absolutely the worst company (property management or otherwise) that I've ever dealt with......
What you will look forward to:
1. Skylink cable (you're only choice) is a joke 2. Parking is a nightmare.... tow trucks roam the parking lot every day looking for cars without a pass... so say goodbye to having company, unless you want to make the mile hike to the front office to get a pass... oh yeah, they close at 7:00, so that means anybody coming after that parks off premises. 3. Laudry machines are Always out of order 4. Leaf blowers going on outside your apartment EVERY day 5. Good luck getting your deposit back 6. And of course, the apartments are ridiculously overpriced.
Oh, and the folks up front will be nice to you until the very second you sign that lease (not that I'm surprised) then you're just another check.... good luck
