We moved to South Pointe because of it's great location. It's right by the 405 & 55 freeways, near South Coast Plaza. When we spoke to the leasing agent, she took extra time to find us the perfect apartment. We wanted QUIET. They found us an apartment under a model apartment, on a corner and we thought it would be perfect. About 2 months into our lease, they rented the apartment upstairs and it has been terrible since. The police have been called out because of tenants upstairs, the management tells you everything that you want to hear about taking care of problems, but then does NOTHING. They would rather have horrible tenants and lose great, quiet tenants. We would NEVER rent from another Arnel Property again. The walls are VERY thin as well as the ceilings. There is NEVER any parking available. The gardeners start their leaf blowers before 9:00am, which is very hard if you work at night and sleep in the day like I do. I would not recommend anyone to live here. We should have listened to other reviews that warned us of this slum.
