In 2003, Rebecca was the best manager. She screened the future residents, the property looked nice because she lived onsite. Since she left we have had several incompetent managers, of which some of them were doing drugs. They allowed the property (apts.) to be sprayed doubled by a toxic fumigant. They have let criminal activity continue on the site. They ignore everyone's complaints about noise, drug activity, etc. They have allowed pit-bulls move in, as well as there is always dog poop not picked up. We do not have a manager that lives onsite, so obviously the manager does not care. The place looks like a dump, there is no parking and the rent has increased significantly. The current manager sent out a letter of which there were so many words spelled incorrectly (she did not bother to use spellcheck). I agree with the comment about Andrea, she let her friends move in and they got into a fight and broke the windows and they were doing drugs. This place is not run professionaly at all! The only good thing about this place is the maintenence workers Felipe and Benji (Both of them are nice). In essence, do not move to this dump!!!!
