List of Issues I've had while living here the past 3 years. And its getting Worse, which is why I'm glad to be GONE!
1. Parking is ridiculous. The Management continues to put 4 collage buddies in 2 bedroom apartments and thus eliminates parking spaces for Properly Occupied Apartments. If you need parking, be prepared to pay for a garage. Then keep a space in the lot occupied and keep the garage available for guests and when you come home late, because there will be NO PARKING after 6.
2. Residents have a Tendency to leave their trash outside their doors. Sometimes these trash piles will build to several bags and sit there for weeks. Residents also will leave cans, bottles, cigarette butts all around the jacuzzis and pools.
3. I have also had Rats in my unit. I would wake in the morning to find teeth marks in my fruit which was sitting on my dinning room table. They did pull the oven out and put Screen material to prevent the vermin from coming in.
4. I have also experienced the goo coming from the ceiling in the bathroom. In addition I've pointed out to management the Dryrought and mold build up around the apartment.
5. The noise levels have been steadily increasing. Keg parties, loud music on into the mornings, and people using the pool and jacuzzi at all times throughout the night/ morning with no regard to others living in the units around the facilities. If you have someone living above you, it will sound like they are going to come falling through.
6. Security? What security, try to get them to move a car thats parked in your spot. They are nowhere to be found. I have heard/ seen cars Vandalized, Damaged, and Stolen. I have also witnessed homeless guys picking through the trash and the laundry facilities. If the front gate is closed, just go to the back gate, its ALWAYS open.
7. Law and Order. I have also witnessed police arresting residents in their apartments. After which the cops set up a sting operation within the complex. I have also witnessed the corner removing bodies from units on 2 different occasions. One, an O.D. was documented in the local news paper.
9. Management? Turnover in this office is incredible. You can deal with a person one time and the next time you come back the whole staff is different. Their efficiency is terrible, their follow-up is nonexistent, and their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. They are in-effective when dealing with resident complaints.
10. Repairs/ Building Improvements. We were dealing with broken steps for several MONTHS. During the time waiting for the repair, a cone was dangerously placed and heard many residents Tripping and Falling over said cone. When they were repairing the deck, we were unable to use the deck for 3 months. The information gave us said the repair would only take 2 weeks, and they were unwilling to reimburse for the amount of time we were unable to use the deck.
11. Hot Water. Be ready to get scolded with hot water in the showers. If your in the shower and somebody in another unit gets in, water temp will change from warm to Scolding Hot and/or Freezing cold. And then you spend the whole time negotiating the water temp.
