First of all I would like to point out the pluses. It was clean, in a nice area and very close to a lot of shopping and some dinning. I thought it was well lighted and never felt unsafe (I am also a 6'1 male and weigh 220 lbs.). My building was very quiet and I was in the G building so that my have some bearing on the noise level and people were friendly and ready to dish out a smile or chatty banter for a minute or two if you ran into them in the laundry but not intrusive. and the unit was a very nice size. The complaints may seem miniscule, but for me add quite a bit to my quality of life. The parking should be an embarasement for the owners. My girlfriend and I lived on the 2nd story and it felt like quite a bit of dry rot was running through the floor because it was uneven and some spots were very soft. The laundry was a little pricey(thankful for not having kids) and only half of the dryers actually dried you clothes(I suppose someone should have called on that because I know I didn't). The trees outside looked nice and added a very serene feel but they sure left a lot of crap on your car, and good luck washing it off. And the only time we really had to deal with managment was on one occasion and it has been since we have left. We moved out 2.5 months ago and we are still waiting on our deposit. We recieved a letter that we were getting it back less $60 for cleaning fees (Standard stick it in the ass move i'm sure). We have tried calling back numerous times and still are waiting. The person who does the accounting always seems to be on the phone or out of the office and we leave a contact number and she never gets back to us(I am growing frustrated as I type). With that being said I know you can't make everyone happy from working with people myself, but I am not a hard person to please; but i would not recomend this complex to anyone.
