I am really getting tired of reading all these negative reviews. Many of my neighbors have gotten upset when they get caught doing something wrong and decide to show them, get even and write a bad review. When a guest car is towed for no permit, it is the responsibility of the resident, not the office staff. They tell us all the time to make sure their guest has a permit. Parking is so much better since this office staff has been working here. They make sure there is parking for the resident by enforcing parking policy. I appreciate I am their primary focus. I've lived here 5 years and NEVER before has the parking worked so well. Never before did the office staff care as much and take such good care of things. I could never get a straight answer from the staff before, and they never said the same thing. These people do a great job and are very efficient. And as for the grounds, it is clean and well manicured. I love it here, and many of my friends here love it as well. It's too bad the people who are angry are getting away with giving Villa Venetia a bad name. I'm sick of hearing them complain. One person could not pay their rent and complained the staff had to enforce their late fee. Another person was cited for a late and loud party and was mad. If the staff enforces policy to make my life and living here more pleasant, there is nothing wrong with that. And for the people who complain about rodents, try taking your trash out. I've never had a problem. My neighbors don't have any problems either. If something doesn't work right the maintenance people come right away. Just let them know and they'll come fix it. They are great. This is a great place to live and I will continue to recommend it to anyone looking for a new home.
