This place has been nothing but problems since the time my boyfriend and I moved here. The only peek is Debbi and Julian, they are very nice and good with follow up. The rest of the office staff is useless! They don't care about you and you have to track them down to get answers. We have had a leak in our ceiling three differnet times and they blamed it on our neighbors because they had their AC on. We had a mold issue because of the leaking and they had to replace a section of our ceiling to get rid of it. You would think after replacing that section it would be better. NOT the case at all! It leaked 2 more times after that and soaked my bed and all the bedding. They had some sort of white spray to cover up the mold that had developed and decided not to replace the ceiling again. We have spent over 3 weeks sleeping in our living room because of our ceiling problem in our bedroom. This place just isn't a quality of living. It "looks" beautiful when you go on the tour of the complex, but just stop and ask a resident how they like living here and 9 out of 10 times they'll say something negitive. This place is not worth the amount of money you pay for rent and they don't even pay for water and trash. Look else where! The only reason we moved here was because they accepted dogs and we "thought" it would be a great place to live. Boy were we wrong.....
