One review said that they think the only positive feedback was a "plant" by the Pinecreek management. Well, I guess we'll never know for sure but I can say that in my own experience of living here its been great. I've lived here for 7 years so I know exactly what these guys are saying when they say the parking is bad. I have to agree that parking use to be so much worse. When the city took out a lane and added the additional parking it helped out tremendously! As for the other "complaints" regarding the office staff/maintainence crew, well I have agree that they aren't always the nicest people but over all they are helpful and do get almost all the work done when they say they will. I'm moving out of my 2 bedroom apartment soon as I can't afford it alone anymore.. but after much research for 1 bedroom places near this place I have found that Pinecreek is still the best value for the price!
