Apartment Reviews for The Meadows
Do yourself a favor, look elsewhere.

I really enjoyed my stay here at the meadows until a few months in when the harsh reality struck. The walls are thin and I could hear my neighbors talk, laugh, scream, every step, and every time they closed their cabinets. Security here is a joke, they don't take it serious and wait until you have called 3 times before they show up. Repairs are another problem. The office always blame the "contractors" for not getting repairs done in time. Well maybe if the contractors were called the day the work order was put in then we would have repairs done on time. We were without water for almost two weeks, now we are without an elevator. When you have loads of laundry and groceries the elevator that we are paying for should be working but instead we received a letter saying that they will update us in a few weeks. If that's not enough there is also the problem of the garage gate that does not always work when trying to open it from the outside. So at least once a week there's a traffic congestion on the street with a line of cars trying to park in the garage, no word on when that's going to get fixed. We usually have to wait until a car leaves from the inside of the garage so that we can go inside. I highly believe that I am getting ripped off living here, for the price we pay I expected a higher quality of living, it is evident that this complex only cares in taking your hard earned money and have no intentions to keeping their tenants happy. I will be gladly leaving this place when my lease is up. Oh I forgot to mention the marijuana problem here, but I am getting too upset to keep going about all the things no one else will tell you.
