Apartment Review for Vinton Towers

Pros
It is centrally located in Culver City across from Sony Studios.
There are good places to eat out nearby if you don't eat healthy food. (Chinese, Latin, Mediterranean, 7-11, Thai etc)
They were good to us about parking, it was tough but they tried.
The rooms are ok sized and nice carpeting.
Last I saw they were Mexicans working on the image of the entrance to marble flooring. Looked nice.

Cons
Management is not responsive. 2 days before you hear from them on a request at least.
Maintenance is rare.
-Apt had no a/c for over a year. Just our unit. They probably still haven't fixed it. We were told they wouldn't because it "cost too much".
- The elevators are always down.
- The trash overflows for about a week before they come. Esp holidays!
There are some loud and unsavory neighbors - overall it was families and students.
It is expensive for what you get.
There is no pool, no gym there, ALL the other apartment complexes on the block have one.
