Glenbrook apartments are old and broken-down. The grounds are well-kept which hide the decrepit interiors. Our master bath sink leaked gross sewage from the upstairs unit twice. Our interior dining area walls, carpet and ceiling became very wet every time it rained because of leaks in the upstairs balcony.
Senior management is nearly impossible to work with and rent prices are higher than most other newer apartment complexes in the surrouding area.
It's not worth renting from Glenbrook!
