Initially it was good. There were three rent increases in three years by $300+ Poor Security - My bike was stolen from the patio. Exploitattion - usually people stay here because of De-Anza colledge or surrounding schools. The management knows exactly how to exploit it. Very rude management. Why I stayed so long...schools.
