Apartment Reviews for The Biltmore - Cupertino

they have some kind of water recycling system that runs water every hour throughout the apartment and it is noisy cannot sleep because of hearing the running water. The oven was broken and it has taken 3 weeks to get fixed I am stuck with eating out constantly and they are moving as slow as *&*%@! The walls are thin and at midnight we can hear our neighbors do everything. Complaining to the management is ineffective, they are young and just give lipservice. Tried to get out of the lease they are unsympathetice and unhelpful.
