The neighborhood is very good, especially if you have children, since they are so many schools nearby. Its the apartment that is not worth the rent. When I received the apartment it was filled with spiders and littered with dead ants. It seemed that they fumigated the place the day before I moved in but didnt clean up. They advertise "gourmet kitchens" but I have no idea what that means. It did have a sink, dishwasher and a very old stove. I did not have nice countertops, a fridge or much counter space. The electrical outlits did not always work. I explain this by saying I figured out that if I turned on a light in one room it would kill the outlet in the room. If i flipped the switch a few times, then the outlet might kick in. I think its just old electrical wiring.
The one thing that was nice, was that it did have big walk in closets...so if thats what is important to you then this is the place! Otherwise, I moved out after my nine month lease was up and would definitely not recommend it to my friends considering the high rent.
