The managers of these properties are dittzy college students from what I've experianced. Even attempting to look at properties has been a hassell! Most of the time the person who shows up dosn't no anything about the property when asked a question and they don't seem to care. Also most of the properties are old and in need of mech refurbishing. Carpet from 1970 your dream come true? Then you would be the only one happy about them.
