I lived in a one bedroom at Cambridge House for one year. If I were to live in an apartment again it would be there. I think the only bad thing I can say about it is the parking. Parking was very sparse, with no assigned spaces. If you came home after say, 10pm, chances are you would have to either park on the street or on the opposite side of the complex. Now for the good things. Management here is fantastic. The staff in the office are extremely friendly and helpful (they even know the names of their tenants!). They have coffee and dog treats in the office every day. The office is open 9-5 (sometimes more) five days a week. The maintenance staff here is fantastic as well. I had a few maintenance problems during my stay, and each one was fixed within an hour of me calling the office. And, when my oven overheated they gave me a brand new one. As far as noise goes, it is usually fairly quiet. There is the occasional party, but the office staff are really good about talking to tenants if they are bothering you. All in all I was very happy with Cambridge House. As you probably know if you've checked, they are slightly higher priced than most, but that price includes cable, dsl (which actually works all the time!), trash, water, and excellent management.
