The Property Manager is not involved at all with the operations of the complex. My dishwasher has been on the blitz for over 4 months now and she keeps sending someone to "fix it".. but it never gets fixed. If your looking for someone to give you lip service, you've come to the right place. I've been here almost 2 years now and I can't wait to move!! Oh by the way..don't worry about what your lease says..no washing your car in front of your residence,no parking in front of your garage even if it's not desiganted for parking, no bbq's or anything else in your lease...she never enforces anything. Oh for all you new UC Davis students..party ON she doesn't do anything about this as well... Also..looking at the entry from 2/6/2007 this was obviosuly a recruiting tool...I'm also using the 1 symbol as the worst rating...
