Apartment Review for Alder Ridge Apartments

Note: this place is now called "The Edge." This is by far the worst place I have ever lived. The management company, Riverstone Residential, is absolutely terrible. They don't care about the tenants; they only care about the bottom line. The management lie to you and even commit fraud on the internet by posing as tenants who like living here. The fitness center they just installed is only open during business hours, when they can watch you. Most of the people that live here are students or work during business hours, so barely anyone gets to use the gym. If you have a problem with your appliances or anything else in your apartment, don't expect your issue to get resolved without a fight, if it ever gets resolved.

Stay away. I wish I had never signed the lease.
