Apartment Review for The Hills

I have to say that I agree with renter beware. Never in my life have I had so many issues with the office management team. They're always rude and want nothing to do with you. They try to have to sign a 1 year contract, but make sure you read the clause that talks about breech of contract. It's so grey, it could be interpreted in so many ways, but ways that would benefit the apartment complex. They don't notify you when companies change services, so you're left with an outstanding bill and get charged a late fee from that company.
They started to charge tenants an extra $100 if they wanted an extra parking spot. To clarify, their used to be 20-25 open parking spots that anyone park park in, now, they decided to put numbers and letters in those spots as reserved spots for those that want to pay $100, how crazy is that. let's charge people more money during bad economic times because that's the smart thing to do.
Last but not least, the letters that management writes and delivers to all tenants. These letters are so rude and so insulting it leaves you with an upset stomach and an angry attitude towards the hills. So, to sum things up, GO RENT SOMEWHERE ELSE. oh, if the owners are reading this, you really need to hire a compitant staff and a property manager with customer service skills unless you the owners just don't give a rats ***, then you have the perfect team. As for us, we will be out very soon.
