Has a garage, but they don't enforce parking in it which means parking spaces for quest and second car can fill up. Has a washer and dryer which is so very nice. Poor construction which leads to mold and high cost for utilities. High turnover in leasing staff leading to poor communication with renters. Get in on a deal otherwise you will pay too much. They also don't enforce trash policy. Be ready for ongoing ANT problem:) They sray but don't seem to really want to fix the problem. We have lived here a year and love the garage, washer and dryer and view of the trail. However, would not pay rent if we were going to stay in the area. Has been a good place to rent because we came in educated- do your homework! 2004-2005
