I have lived here for two years now. I guess this is a Pretty nice place?. For El Cajon. The apartments are pretty good size, but there is very little privacy from other tenants. The rent it self is not that bad for a 2br 2ba and a little over 1000sf, I pay about $1050 a month. Also some apartments have washing machines. The problem is, they will nickel and dime you to death. I end up paying over $1150 because $10 for 1 parking space. $35 to have a dog, $40 to have a washing machine and dryer, plus they make the tenants pay for sewer, trash, and water. I don?t now how it works in other cities, but in LA they did not tack on all of those extra fees.
