We lived at Sunset View Apartments for just over two years. At first when the older manager (Ben) was there, the place was awesome. He was a very good manager and you could reach him 24/7.. no joke. The place was up kept, and they had strong requirements to live there. The place was very family orientated for quite some time... then... Ben left. This new guy came in and the place completely went to crap.
The new manager took away nearly all the requirements, and let *anyone* move there. We had people around us who were known drug dealers, and people who came to visit were extremely suspicious looking. Once the new manager took over, there was a mass exodus by most of the families tenants who lived there. It became very un-family orientated and went from a quiet apartments, to loud with no regulations. Please would blast music all times of night and the management would do nothing to stop.
If a new manager who here and cleaned up the place again.. I would think about moving back. As the view was awesome, and parking was nice. But with this new guy.. I do not recommend it at all.
This is coming from a 3 person family who lived there nearly 2 years and was never late on their payments. We are family orientated tenants who never broke any rules nor regulations. If you are this way... do not live here. Find another place that is more safe and has better management. Its not worth it!
