Apartment Review for Warren Bostonia Townhomes

These apartments/townhomes are terrible! The mail system here is horrible, its like playing hide and go seek because you never know if your mail will get to you. The hallway that leads upstairs to the living room is extremely narrow. No standard size couch will fit through the hallway. Most people keep them in their garage. The paint on the walls is so cheap you can almost blow on it and it will come off, not to mention the walls are thin as paper. You can hear EVERYTHING your neighbors say or do. There is no parking except your garage so guests are forced to park on the side of the road out on 1st street. The management is the worst and that is an understatement! They dont follow through with anything they say. They lie, they deceive and they even vandalize their tenants' property, hence the reason they recently went under new management. They dont even distribute copies of the leases to the tenants. They are extremely unorganized, disrespectful and dishonest. The rent prices vary but all the units are EXACTLY the same. Ive heard everything from $1400, $1500, $1550 and $1750. I do not recommend anyone move in. It would be the worst mistake of your life. I cant wait until my lease is over next year so I can leave this **** on earth! I wouldnt wish this piece of crap on anybody. They are newly remodeled and the looks will fool you but they are not worth two cents. If I could I would rate this place with no stars!
