Apartment Reviews for The Vineyard At Valley View
This place sucks - stay the heck away

Lets face it, we're sitting in a hotbed of new construction here in El Dorado Hills. Most folks own homes (something like 70%) nowadays, which makes for the pool of rental tenants smaller, which in turn forces these apartment management companies to rent to ANYBODY who has a heartbeat. That all being said, there are many good folks that live here who are peppered throughout a very large complex. Scattered in between the good are some very horrific individuals, most of whom are quite young and have a tendancy to make a ton of noise both inside and outside their apartment. Other bi-products of these unsavories include: domestic violence, shouting, blaring music/video gaming, parking in all areas (many illegal), working on tricked-out rice-rockets, & ubiquitous dog **** & cigarette butts. On a related note, this place has a completely inept management staff that might - if they are lucky - have a 3rd grade education. Seriously, these folks are complete idiots. While many of what goes on here with tenants is out of their control, they don't seem to make much effort to enforce any rules that they have control over, such as keeping facilities clean, making sure dumpsters do not overflow, actual enforcement of parking, and actually showing people that they genuinely care. By the way, did I mention that there is section 8 (read: Ghetto) adjacent to this complex? <P>
