Review Title:   Over A Year At This Place, Would Be Happy To Go Ba

My girlfriend and I lived in these apartments for a little over a year. If we didn't have to move because of commute, there is no doubt that we would still be happily living there. The people in the office were professional, the maintenance crew was always quick to respond, very clean and well spoken and did a great job. The rent it well worth it, we never had any problems. Unlike many other places, we never heard footsteps, banging or noise of any kind from the renters above us. Although I think it would be nice for them to have patrolled security, I never had any problems with my vehicle or apartment being left alone for long periods of time. The fireplace was great to lounge by, the AC worked like a charm, and the patio area was great because it is mostly concealed from the parking lot (about a 6 foot high gate). The dishwasher worked great, there was more than enough cabinet space, and the sink was plenty deep to hold dishes for the times we couldn't wash them immediately. The managers allowed us to have our cat and various reptile tanks (not liquid filled tanks) with no problems. We were more than satisfied with the Comcast cable internet that we used, as we were capable of receiving phone service through them as well. I cannot think of a single negative thing that I can write about this apartment complex, I highly recommend it to anyone who wants a peaceful place to live. Note that when you move out you will be expected to pay $75 for a carpet cleaning, it is in your lease (I think I skipped over that part when reading it.)
