Review for Siena Villas Apartments

We rented a 2 bedroom apart. for 5 weeks. It cost us an arm and a leg! Management misled us into believing we could do a month to month lease. We ended up having to pay rent for 2 months min. They do not offer furnished apart. as advertised. We had to do everything on our own to set it up. Upon move out, they kept all of our deposit plus overcharged us an additional 37 dollars after we worked hard on cleaning the apart. and making sure it was returned in excellent condition. Children’s playground was dirty. My children refused to use it claiming there were spider webs. Pool and pool chairs and tables were not clean even though they looked amazing in pictures. There was only one computer in the business center that worked and their printer was always out of paper. Access to business center was very limited. Not allowed to bring more than 2 guests to the pool and pool card was not activated immediately and half the time it didn’t work. It took them 2 weeks and 2 calls to get them to respond to a service call. Management is very rigid and difficult to talk to.
