yea i had my car broken into too but thats just part of life we shouldnt of had our ipod in our car :) Staff is grat i really dont understand all these bad comments, Lauren is GREAT she is very understanding and when my car got broken into she handled it really good i felt like i had all her suport and help. I really recommend anyone to move in the apartments are really nice inside and out always well maintained. Its noisy but because i live in front of the playground, other than that its quiet. GOOD for young couples like us :) :)

looks nice -please beware my car has been broken into twice i lived on in the area code 95828 prior to this location and my car was never broken into ever i lived there for 7 years i only been here for 2 and this has happen twice...also there is no parking for visitors at all. y pay 1100 dollars here if u can pay 700 and live in oak park....and have your car broken into also...i work all day who wants to wake up to find their car window broken and belongings ran thru..like i said never judgea book by it's cover...never....this is a pretty picture with bad tenants..

I called to ask questions about the facility, she answered the phone eating (after lunch hours), she was short and unpleasant. I am not looking for low income I just like the area. But she spoke to me as if I was bothering her, I had to ask HER was this a good time to talk. The young lady needs a course on customer service. I will continue to look for apartments in the area with the amenities that they offer (quite a few have it). I sure hope upper management reads about this facility and the young lady who needs a customer service course 101 asap.

I have never felt so discriminate in my life. I turned in my application & deposit on 8/12/09. I was scheduled to move in on 9/18/09 (over a month later). The girl named Heather was in charge of my file. She told me that the apartment would be ready by 9/5/09 but I chose the 18th instead because it was more convenient for me. So THREE days b4 the scheduled move in date, she called to tell me that they need more paper work to be filled out and it has to get approved by their "compliance dept" once again. I asked her long that would take and she said a couple of days, which meant not any time soon. When I asked her how come she didn’t call me sooner, she said because this is a “low income complex” it takes longer than a normal application. I understand that it's low income housing so they have a lot of applications to handle but how long does it really take for them to look at one and say it needs more info? It felt like they were working at their own pace and to when ever they feel is most convenient for them. They do not understand how their work ethics can affect a family so much. I took the days off to move out; had to reschedule with several friends to help me with the moving; unpack my belongings that were ready to go; and even my girls were shot down because they thought they were going to have a new home. Our plans failed...because of their lack of service I've decided to look else where even tho it means having to look for another place and wait. I don't want to deal w people like this who have no sense of sympathy and no sense of what customer service is. But if you wish, try out this place and tell me how your story went. Who knows, u might be more fortunate than I and another reviewer.

It will worth your time and effort to secure an apartment here. It all starts with management. The managers are top notch, pleasant, very accommodating, and attentative to tenant requests. The leasing policy is flexible, a first, in my experience. I can use fax and copy machines at my leasure. They work to keep you here, a refreshing change. They have all the standard facilities you'd expect, including a playground facility, which my three children enjoy. It is a definite meeting place for parents and kids. There are also free after-school activities for the kids if desired. My experience here has been exceptional. I rarely take the time to write a review for anything, but in this case, I am glad to make the effort. It's nice to get more than you expect.

I recently moved in and the service was great!!! Before we actaully moved in someones grandkid broke into the apartment and they reacted within a minute! no joke!'
there beautiful apartments roomy quiet and i think its the perfect place. Im pregnant and looked for somewhere where we didnt have to worry about crime and we found them.
Noisy Tentant complaints are stupid because everyone is different. GET REAL PEOPLE.

I recently moved here i had read thease reviews before i did but when i saw the apartment I had to have it. It is new clean, the people in the office are cool to me and have gotten on anything i have asked of them right away. For me i will stay here for a while and i would tell friends to move here to. I havent expirenced anything like what the other people wrote about i like it here its new nice its cool to bring my friends and family to my apartment i feel good about were i live

Beware! Looks can be deceiving! Very nice looking apartments, but tenants can be loud, safety becoming a major concern. HOPE YOU DO NOT NEED YOUR RENT DEPOSIT BACK IN A TIMELY FASHION!! <P>
