Security here is pratically useless since cars, bikes, and others items have been stolen right in front of the security cameras and nothing has been done about it. Management are experts in avoiding tenants. Noise is another serious matter. Any google search on apartment ratings or just by searching Emerybay apartments will find terror stories by tenants.
