This is a great, quiet complex. I've lived here for about 6-7 months now and we've only had to call maintenance once. They were quick to come and fix it. There's plenty of parking and the grounds are well-kept. It's not brand new (at least our building isn't) but it is clean and nice enough. We never need to deal with the office, so I don't know if they're good or not. I just wish the place was a bit bigger, but given what we pay, I'm not complaining.
