I've been living here almost 4years. they are the most upscale apartment complex in entire Encinitas, of course they don't let getto people to stay here and I dont blame them if they are rude towards them. how ever if you are looking for a quite and peaceful place with a beautiful view, you have to give Ritz coloney a visit. they have very friendly staff and the property is very clean.
