This is a great, quiet complex. I've lived here for about 6-7 months now and we've only had to call maintenance once. They were quick to come and fix it. There's plenty of parking and the grounds are well-kept. It's not brand new (at least our building isn't) but it is clean and nice enough. We never need to deal with the office, so I don't know if they're good or not. I just wish the place was a bit bigger, but given what we pay, I'm not complaining. <P>

My family has lived in Mission Ridge apartment for over 5yrs. and love it. Beautiful area within walking distance to all. My kids love to play on the nicely landscaped lawns. It is nice to live a few miles away from the beach. Check it out beacuse you won't be disappointed! <P>

I really liked it here until now when I finally learned that the complex is managed by incompetent jerks. Management decided to do termite fumigation, which involves kicking us out for three days and filling our apartments with chemicals, without even considering the residents. At the meeting concerning it, the management managed to antagonize even people who were not already vehemently opposed to the idea of tinting. The attitude was we decided this too bad if you dont like it. They did offer a rent credit, which wont even cover two nights in any motel even remotely close to here, not to mention food and other costs associated with a short-term relocation. I dont see how anyone can have confidence in a business that has managed to antagonize all its customers. Once you know that the management doesnt care one bit about customer satisfaction, you just cant feel that great about living there. <P>

I have lived at the Mission Ridge Apartment complex for 3 years. I'm not surprised when I meet people who have lived there for 8 to 10 years; it's such a great place to live! The apartment floor plans are spacious and the neiborhood is so quiet and its a short walk to shops and movie theatres. The maintance team always fixes everything in a timely fasion and keeps the grounds and apartments looking fresh and new. If you can get into MRA, do it now! You won't be sorry. Ask for Grace or Pam in the office.
And there is always plenty of parking!
