I have lived here for over a year now. it is very quiet and the neighbors are friendly. the best thing about this place is the property manager she is wonderful and caring she gets the job done i would recommend this place to anyone.

area is great, one fall back is having to tackle entering/exiting
the complex.. could be very dangerous.
What ever one does is DO NOT EVEN THINK OF RENTING AT SEACREST APARTMENT. QUAIL POINT APARTMENT IS PART OF SEACREST APARTMENT. EXCEPT THAT SEACREST MANAGEMENT IS TO SAY THE LEAST NOT HELPFUL. SEACREST APARTMENT IS KNOW AS LITTLE TIJUANA, NOTHING BUT UNDOCUMENT MEXICAN THAT DO NOT SPEAK ANY ENGISH.
